Customer Returns

If you’re not satisfied in any way, please tell us so that we can try and put it right.

No product makes it into our range without being thoroughly tried and tested. We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases, and we stand by the effectiveness of our skincare. Should you for any reason be unimpressed, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card, or exchange for an alternative item.

All we ask is this:

Products must have been purchased directly from BestMate PetCare.
Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
We cannot accept returns on overly used or damaged products.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Products must be returned, unused, unopened and in their original condition before we can issue you a full refund.
